Product description
Valerian (Latin: Valeriana officinalis L. ) is a plant most often found in damp thickets, along river banks, and sometimes also in wet meadows. Its Latin name probably comes from valere , meaning “to be healthy”. It has a specific, valerian smell, especially liked by cats.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
pour one teaspoon with a glass of boiling water and leave covered to infuse for about 10-15 minutes.
RECOMMENDED USE:
Drink 1-2 times a day.

Store in a dry place.
