Sisaldab probiootilist kultuuri ja β-glükaane. Probiootiline kultuur Bacillus coagulans BC99 talub kõrgeid temperatuure. See on eoseid moodustav, väga vastupidav sooladele ja tugevatele hapetele. See toodab antibakteriaalset lektiini, piimhapet, aminohappeid, lühikese ahelaga rasvhappeid, vitamiine, erinevaid seedeensüüme.

Bacillus coagulans kasvab pH 2–8, optimaalselt aga pH 5,5–7,5 juures. Kasvutemperatuur on 30°C-35°C, optimaalne kasvutemperatuur 45°C-50°C. Eosed sisenevad makku (eoskate paisub ja kukub maha), kaksteistsõrmiksoole kaudu (kus eosed idanevad vegetatiivseteks rakkudeks) ja peensoolde. Nende paljunemine toimub peensooles (ca 30 minutit). Tulemuseks on probiootiline toime, mis aitab kaasa immuunsüsteemi üldisele tugevnemisele.

Bacillus coagulans aitab pärssida soolestiku mikrofloora “kahjulikke” baktereid, kui pärast logaritmilise faasi jõudmist eritab metaboliite (piimhape, äädikhape, sipelghape), millel on bakteriostaatiline toime.

Probiootilise kultuuri minimaalne sisaldus on 10,5 miljardit portsjoni kohta. β-glükaanid aitavad säilitada normaalset vere kolesteroolitaset. Kasulik toime saavutatakse 3 g kaera, kaeraklii, odra, odraklii või nende allikate segude beeta-glükaanide päevase tarbimisega.

The probiotic culture, Bacillus coagulans BC99, is able to survive high temperatures. It is spore-forming, highly resistant to salts and strong acids.

It produces antibacterial lectin, lactic acid, amino acids, short-chain fatty acids, vitamins, various digestive enzymes, …

Bacillus coagulans grows at pH 2–8, but optimally at pH 5.5–7.5. The growth temperature is 30°C-35°C, the optimum growth temperature is 45°C-50°C.

The spores enter the stomach (the spore coat swells and falls off), through the duodenum (where the spores germinate into vegetative cells) and into the small intestine. Their reproduction takes place in the small intestine (approx. 30 minutes). The result is a probiotic effect that contributes to the overall strengthening of the immune system.

Bacillus coagulans helps to inhibit the “harmful” bacteria of the intestinal microflora, when, after reaching the logarithmic phase, it secretes metabolites (lactic acid, acetic acid, formic acid) that have a bacteriostatic effect.

We declare a minimum probiotic culture content of 10.5 billion per serving.

β-glucans contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. A beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3 g of beta-glucans from oats, oat bran, barley, barley bran or a mixture of these sources.
