Matcha tea has been used for 800 years in ancient Japan. These are finely ground green tea leaves. Matcha helps support cognitive functions, concentration, mental health and the immune system. It is positive for the immune system
Recommended dosage: You can consume up to 2 times a day.
Warning: Contains caffeine – not suitable for caffeine-sensitive people, children and adolescents. Pregnant and lactating women should consult a doctor before drinking.
Usage: Matcha tea powder is used to make a drink. Mix 1.5–2 g of matcha powder with 200 ml of water (maximum temperature 70 °C) and mix thoroughly. Mix with a whisk or a hand-held milk frother.
