Iceland moss thallus ECO
Iceland moss, also known as Icelandic lungwort or Icelandic shield fungus, is a mushroom belonging to the shield fungus family. It occurs on all continents except Africa and Antarctica (it is protected in Poland). Iceland moss supports oral and throat comfort and has a beneficial effect on appetite.
