Dandelion Root Coffee
Coffee made from roasted dandelion roots is a caffeine-free beverage with an intense aroma and dark color. Dandelion lowers blood sugar levels and has a beneficial effect on stomach and liver function.
It’s recommended as a substitute for traditional coffee and as part of a healthy, balanced diet. Dandelion root coffee can be enjoyed by people of all ages.
Ingredients: 100% roasted dandelion roots.
Directions: Pour boiling water over one heaped teaspoon of coffee. Steep for 5-10 minutes. You can add milk, sugar, or honey to taste. For a more intense infusion, boil the coffee for about 2-3 minutes. Drink twice daily.
